Massachusetts-based metallers All That Remains have returned to a studio in Woodland Hills, Calif., to record their follow-up to 2015’s The Order of Things. Frontman Phil Labonte recently invited fans into the recording space via a live stream with an update on their progress.
Labonte’s video was a casual introduction to what appears will be the first of many. The band plans to keep fans in the loop on a weekly basis, and will post behind-the-scenes videos of their sessions to YouTube once recording wraps.
Watch Labonte’s clip below, and be on the lookout for more streaming sessions from the guys soon ..
All That Remains recently released a video for the track “For You” that is both heavy in its sound and its theme.
The Daniel Kaufman-directed clip follows a marriage that gets more and more volatile by the minute, as told through the eyes of their young daughter. With her parents fighting in the house, she runs outside to get away from the chaos, eventually finding that she can focus her power through some sort of psychic ability.

When All That Remains played LAZERfest in Des Moines, Iowa, earlier this year, lucky fan Alex Arias won the chance to perform on stage with the band, and the young guitarist definitely made the most of his opportunity.
Arias joined All That Remains for a version of their hit “Stand Up” from the band’s 2012 album A War You Cannot Win.
