Black Vinyl guitarist Austin Woodward recently posted a new video of an improv jam he filmed while in the recording studio.

In addition, Woodward rocked his Charvel axe in a demo of “Eye of the Serpent’s Eye.”

Evanescence Rocks Golden Gods Awards

Evanescence recently played a three-song set at Revolver Magazine‘s Golden Gods Awards, rocking out to “Made of Stone,” “What You Want” and “Call Me When You’re Sober.”

Held at downtown Los Angeles’ Club Nokia, the ceremony honored Evanescence front woman Amy Lee as the Best Vocalist.

Adrenaline Mob Announces U.S. Tour Dates

New York rock band Adrenaline Mob recently announced a series of European tour dates, and fans in America can now catch a show after the band announced a U.S. co-headlining tour with fellow rockers Kill Devil Hill.

The tour starts in Cleveland, Ohio on May 10, and wraps up on May 22 in Charlotte, N.C. Tour dates are below:

May 13 – Chicago, IL @ House Of Blues

Watch: New Guitar Lessons With Dave Nassie

Nassie, who posts training sessions on YouTube through Next Level Guitar, teaches how to play Black Sabbath-inspired classic metal in one of his latest offerings.  In another, it’s a tutorial on playing blues a la John Lee Hooker.
